Chicken Biryani 🤗😍

In all my favorite dishes chicken biryani is my all time favorite dish which I love the most. You can ,even call me that 'I am the biryani lover' 😋.The word "biryani " comes from the Persian word "birian" which means "fried before cooking"and it is not only famous all over the India but even in whole world.

My love for biryani started when my dad first time prepared chicken biryani at my home .It was so tasty that it became my favorite dish .Except my homemade biryani I like biryani from 'Biryani Corner ' which is near to my locality that is at old Goa. 

Yesterday I went with my family to have biryani at Biryani corner .Biryani corner offer's the variety of biryani such as Chicken biryani, Prawn biryani, Mutton biryani, Egg biryani, Paneer biryani, Fish biryani, veg biryani, Mushroom biryani etc.All this biryani are so yummy .

So yesterday we ordered chicken biryani,prawn biryani and chicken 65 .I was literally getting the flavors of spices that were freshly grounded.'Pure ghee',fried onions and yogurt flavor that was enhancing the flavor of biryani and because the use of 'kesar'which was giving nice flavor to biryani .When I ate the first spoon of biryani and kept on eating .It was so tasty that I can't express that taste in words. Even chicken 65 was yummy.Its my favorite place to have biryani.

Biryani Corner is known for tweaking the taste of their biryani.Their flavor is developed in house and they make use of special masala's that are unique to their preparation. Best part is that their price is very affordable. So any biryani lover can go there and have the biryanis.
